How to Replace the Fusible Link

To replace the fusible link, reverse the above procedure:
  • Use care not to scrape or damage the insulation on the wires.
  • Secure wires as necessary with tie wraps.
  • It is important that the bracket be placed over the stiff, center section of the link and that the bracket holds that portion of the link tightly against the rear chamber wall.
