How to Replace the Eject Mechanism

To replace the eject mechanism, reverse the above procedure:
  • Use care not to scrape or damage the insulation on the wires.
  • Secure wires as necessary with tie wraps. Be sure all wires are safe from moving parts.
  • Be sure to test the eject mechanism by operating it manually before plugging the roaster in.
  • Power the roaster, start a roast AND IMMEDIATELY hit the eject button and visually verify that the eject door has opened fully. Repat this at least three times before roasting coffee!.
