How to Replace the Chaff tray Switch

To replace the Chaff tray Switch, reverse the above procedure:

Be sure both connectors are firmly attached to the spade terminals. Crimp the female connectors as necessary.

Verify that the insulators on the spade clips are in place.

Connect an Ohm meter to the other end of the switch's wires and slide the chaff tray in and out a few times to verify that the switch is operating properly. Bend the arm of the switch slightly using a pair of pliers if necessary.
